Return due to satisfaction guarantee:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
• You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price
• We do not refund the original or return shipping charge unless product return is due to manufacturing defects
• All returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. We strongly suggest that you use a secure parking method when returning your items, since we cannot be responsible for items not being received at Air-Tite Holders, Inc in resalable condition.
• You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

Return due to damage caused by shipping:

• Contact us within 3 business days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of damages due to shipping in order for Air-Tite Holders, Inc. to process a claim with the shipping carrier.
• It is also required that you save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim is completely processed by the shipping company.
