The return email address is used in replying to the email and keeping you updated on the status of your order. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose.

Return Policy

You must call Air-Tite Holders, Inc. (800-521-1248) for any reason to return product. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#) that must be written on the outside of the package.
Return due to satisfaction guarantee:
  • Customers have 7 business days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of your intent to return an unsatisfied product. You will be refunded 100% of the purchased product price; we do not refund the original or return shipping charges unless product return is due to manufacturing defects.
  • All returned merchandise must be received in resalable condition, unless the merchandise is found to be defective. We strongly suggest that you use a secure packing method when returning your items, since we cannot be responsible for the items not being received at Air-Tite Holders, Inc. in resalable condition.
  • You will receive the refund upon our receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
Return due to damage caused by shipping:
  • Customers have 3 business days from delivery date to notify Air-Tite Holders, Inc. of damages due to shipping in order for Air-Tite Holders, Inc. to process a claim with the shipping carrier. 
  • It is also required that you save the shipping carton and all packing materials until a claim is completely processed by the shipping company. 
International Returns: Air-Tite Holders, Inc. in addition to the above, cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.
